3. Production of HRB specific documentation to include :

a) SCR, RES and MORs

b) Safety Management System

c) Risk assessment matrices for common hazards and HRB specific hazards

d) Competence and Training Systems

e) Inspection regimes and requirements

f) Resident consultation methods

g) Compliance matrix relating documentation against regulatory requirements  

h) Following submission to the regulator, document update based on feedback from the BSR.
